Refunds

Requests for refunds would only be entertained if the pair you received was damaged and unworn. Please write to us at TheNorthStreet.in@gmail.com to take your case further. Our team will look into the situation and work to give you an apt solution.

Returns

We only accept returns for damaged products or if the wrong size was delivered per your order. We will scrutinize your return request to ensure it is valid at TheNorthStreet. All original accessories and items must be included in the parcel that is being returned if the return is approved. The pair must be shipped in the same conditions as when it was initially purchased, with the tags attached.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the pair is returned in TheNorthStreet’s protective box. If the box is damaged, the customer must double-box the pair in a larger, protective carton or box and secure it with tape before sending.


Once the pair reaches our headquarters, it will undergo a detailed examination on qualification, of which 100% of your total billed amount would be returned to you in store credit. The store credit would be valid for one year from the date of purchase. The entire resolution process might take up to 30 days; however, the team will work to give you a resolution at the earliest.



Cancellations

Cancellations of your sneakers order will only be entertained if TheNorthStreet is intimated within 12 hours of the order being placed. If your cancellation request qualifies, you will be refunded 100% of the entire amount in the form of store credit within 4-5 working days of the requests being accepted. A cancellation mail will be sent within 24 hours of your accepted requests.


All designers available at TheNorthStreet are immensely hardworking, dynamic and talented. Each product they make is a product of hours of putting their nose to the grindstone. Their work is intricate, and every design has layers of thoughts, perseverance and sacrifices beneath.

 

Every request for a size exchange, return, or cancellation is dismaying. TheNorthStreet requests all the customers and team members to carefully go through the sizing charts and measurements available on the website to minimize the chances of returns or exchanges. 

Every diligent order ensures a reduced lead time and a happy customer. Please go through the terms and conditions and policies of every designer carefully!

TheNorthStreet has collaborated with a wide range of designers, each with a different lead-to-end time; exchanging sizes and returns would depend on the designer. 

Please thoroughly read the designer-specific return and exchange terms mentioned on the designer’s page and through our detailed return and exchange policy for more information.

In instances of receival of a faulty product, the customer must send in a mail at TheNorthStreet.in@gmail.com with the images of the product within two days of the product being received. If the complaint is legit, an appropriate solution/redressal would be served to the issue.
